SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Vivendi (US:v) after Thursday's closing bell said it has voluntarily delisted from the New York Stock Exchange and terminated its American Depositary Receipt program. As a result, Thursday was the last trading day for Vivendi's ADRs on the NYSE, and holders of ADRs can exchange them for underlying Vivendi shares until Aug. 28.
