Shenzhen’s media is highly developed, boasting one radio station, two TV stations, three broadcasting and TV centers, 19 cable broadcasting and TV sub-stations. The radio and TV programs can reach 100 percent of the city’s population. There are 14 newspapers, one comprehensive publishing house, three video-audio products publishing houses, 88 bureaus of inland and Hong Kong media organizations, 40 periodicals, and about 200 kinds of in-house publications of which the majority belong to enterprises.

Shenzhen Press Group
The Shenzhen Press Group has 10 newspapers, five periodicals, one Web site and one publishing house. With a total asset of more than 5 billion yuan, the press group has more than 6,000 employees. It is in the lead position in China’s newspaper industry in terms of electronic editing system, as well as one of the country’s biggest and most advanced newspaper groups.
