Our Communities
Hale Wainani complex is designed for upperclassmen who are born on or before 12/31/1990 and seek independent living (amended 3/30/11).The one-bedroom apartments (two students) and two-bedroom apartments (four students) are fully furnished with complete kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom(s). Utilities are included in the rent charge. Rooms are equipped with data ports and cable TV outlets. Residents must furnish their own kitchen and dining utensils, linen, pillows and other personal supplies. None of the buildings are air conditioned.
