If your service has been delayed, you may be able to get a refund.
We can refund for services delays if:
- Your Tube, DLR or Emirates Air Line journey is delayed by 15 minutes or more, for reasons within our control
- Your London Overground journey is delayed by 30 minutes or more, for reasons within our control
We don't refund for service delays:
- If the delay is beyond our control, such as security alerts, a customer incident, for example, a person ill on a train, or bad weather
- For planned service changes and engineering work
How much we refund
We refund the single fare for the delayed journey.
Getting a refund
You must apply within 14 days of the delayed journey.
