Actor Yoon Kye-sang and actress Kim Ok-vin’s new film cranked up last week, the film’s promoter said on Monday.

CJ E&M said through a press release that film “Minority’s Opinion” [translated title] cranked up on June 3.

The drama film, set in a courtroom, tells the story of a man who is falsely accused of killing a young conscripted police officer. The incident is related to a forced demolition issued by the government and the government tries everything to conceal its sinful deed.

Yoon plays a lawyer of two year’s experience who tries to reveal the truth behind the incident while Ok also joins in the good deed as a reporter, the promoter added.

Yoon was quoted as saying in the statement that he was happy to be in a film that he was proud of and to work with great actors.

Kim was quoted as saying that she tried to learn a lot from the film as if she was on a trip and she was honored to take part in a meaningful film.

Other cast members include well-known supporting actor Yoo Hae-jin and actor Jang Kwang of controversial film “Silenced” (2011).

Meanwhile, actor Yoon was recently in short romantic film “One Perfect Day” with actress Park Shin-hye and directed by the respected Kim Jee-woon.

Actress Kim has been cast in new historical martial arts drama “Sword and Flower” [translated title] alongside actor Uhm Tae-woong and FT Island’s Lee Jung-shin. The drama is set to premiere in July after the end of Lee Dong-wook’s “The Fugitive of Joseon.”
