2010
In 2010, on behalf of the City of Winnipeg, the Winnipeg Arts Council produced the Winnipeg Cultural Capital of Canada program under the theme of ARTS FOR ALL. This is an archive of the incredible 18 month project that originated the River Barge Festival, The Big Dance on Broadway, the public artwork emptyful and much more.
