Public-relations guru Ken Sunshine is the newest member of the most prestigious board of trustees in the city.
We’re told Sunshine has joined the board of the Metropolitan Museum of Art after being made a surprise appointee by Mayor de Blasio.
He’ll be reunited there with his longtime pal Harold Holzer, with whom he worked 18-hour days on Bella Abzug’s Senate, mayoral and congressional campaigns back in the 1970s.
Holzer has been the Met’s senior vice president for public affairs for 22 years.
