                DepEd Batangas City is where good characters are shaped and where great minds are made. With the support of all the educational leaders in the city division who are highly respected captainsing the DepEd populace, it is indeed one of my utmost dreams to become leader of all the learners and competent teachers.

                As the city division gets the governance it deserves all the members, all the members of the promotional staff, section chiefs, school heads and other nonteaching personnel see to it that there’s a speed mobilization of all DepEd programs and projects for the benefit of all our school children. These learners will contribute to our long term objective of providing accessible and quality education that would eradicate poverty alleviation.

                It is expected that all the members of the DepEd family can work hand and hand to keep abreast of the demand of the times. My goal is not to impress others but to serve others to a great extent.

                Greatness indeed begins with a certain dream. God’s dreams focus are much bigger than ours.  All we need to do is just to agree, believe and trust Him. Let us all try to be the kind of person that God wants us to be for the settlement with each and everyone of us.
