As the news of B.A.P filing a lawsuit against the agency to nullify its contract is spreading, TS Entertainment has stated that it had no idea.

According to the agency on November 27, it didn′t know at all about B.A.P′s lawsuit. TS Entertainment told Newsen on November 27, "The company found out through the news articles. It′s not something we′ve heard or knew about before," and "We′re checking on it right now."


TS Entertainment Checking on B.A.P′s Lawsuit to Nullify Contract

It became known that B.A.P filed a lawsuit against TS Entertainment at the Seoul Western District Court to nullify its contract. It′s said that B.A.P began the suit due to unfair conditions and profit distribution stated in the contract.

B.A.P debuted in 2012 and rose to become a popular idol group. The group especially has much popularity in not just Asia but also South America.
