Lee Joon and Cheon Dung, who were members of MBLAQ, released an official statement regarding their contract through their attorney.

Attorney Na Hyung Jin from the law firm Hae Sol, who is Lee Joon and Cheon Dung’s attorney, stated on December 16, “Speculative articles have been released regarding two people’s contract,” adding, “Lee Joon and Cheon Dung’s contract with J. Tune Camp and promotions with MBLAQ completely ended with the curtain call concert, which took place at the end of November.”

He added, “Lee Joon will only be focusing on filming his current drama MBC’s Mr. Back and Cheon Dung will also be focusing on studying music for a while.”

Interest has been accumulating on Lee Joon and Cheon Dung’s future activities since their contract with J. Tune Camp ended at the end of November, and whether they will choose to stay with MBLAQ or focus on individual activities. However, they released an official statement through their attorney, revealing that, “the contract has completely ended and [Lee Joon and Cheon Dung] will focus on individual activities from now on,” officially announcing their leave from MBLAQ.

Attorney Na Hyung Jin shared, “They are grateful for all the support the fans showed for the past five years and will return thanks by showing more matured sides.”
