Angola: CMC prepares launch of debt secondary market
Luanda - A formal act of the launch of the public debt secondary market will be held on Friday (19 December) in Luanda, said on Monday the CEO of the Capital Market Commission (CMC), Archer Mangueira.

According to the manager, who was speaking at end of a meeting of the Economic Commission, the public debt secondary market represents the priority follow-up of the Angola's stock and debt exchange (BODIVA).
“On Friday we will confirm during the act the record of secondary operations of public debt”, said Archer Mangueira.
On Monday, CMC presented the balance of activities of boosting the Angola's stock and debt exchange, underway the country.
The CMC is the body responsible for the regulation, supervision and oversight of the securities and derivatives market in Angola. At the primary stage, it is also its mission to invigorate and promote these same markets.
