The TV chef's little bam-bam "has already had 12 cooking lessons," says Lagasse, 44. "I'll say, 'Dad's making dinner. We're making penne with vodka'...and he just sits there and smiles." As for that Roman numeral after his name, "He's saddled with it," says Lagasse, who has two grown daughters from his first marriage. E.J., as his parents call him, "is the first boy in both sides of the family," notes Dad. "He is a little prince."
