acquired Education To Go, a fast-growing developer of online continuing

The deal enhances Thomson Course Technology's strong position in the
continuing education market by adding Education To Go's network of 150
instructors and 300-plus online courses to its established portfolio of print
and electronic continuing ed courseware.
Thomson Course Technology chose to acquire Education To Go because of its
leadership in the continuing education market. The company has built 1,100
partnerships, representing 40 percent of the continuing education departments
at two- and four-year institutions nationwide. This acquisition is another

with the best brands in the industry to provide comprehensive and proven tools
