Jellyfish Male Trainees Revealed Ahead of ′My Dol′ Premiere

Jellyfish Entertainment, the agency behind Sung Shi Kyung, Seo In Guk, Brian and Park Hyo Shin, has revealed the potential faces behind its upcoming male idol group.

On April 12, Mnet will air the premiere episode of My Dol featuring the competing trainees of Jellyfish Entertainment’s new group.

My Dol has revealed a total of ten trainees which includes members who were seen in Seo In Guk and Brian’s respective music videos and even in the popular drama, Iris. The trainees will all be members who are in their early teens to early 20s.

Viewers will be able to evaluate each trainee, online and offline, through a survey to aid in determining who makes it into the group. The final selected trainees will go on to become a group and debut together on the May 24 episode of Mnet’s M Countdown.

My Dol’s director, Jang Choong Ik said, “Mnet has televised the pre debut-process for global K-pop idol groups such as 2PM, 2AM, Girls’ Generation and SHINee. We anticipate through this production, and through viewers’ evaluation, that a best group will emerge in May.”

My Dol will premiere on Mnet on April 12 and will run for eight weeks.
