BTS′ ′Wings′ Becomes Highest Selling Album on Gaon Chart

BTS′ 2nd studio album Wings has become the highest selling album on the Gaon chart.


According to Gaon Chart′s October album chart, published on November 10, BTS′ 2nd studio album Wings became the highest selling album in October with 681,924 album sales.

This is the higest record on Gaon Chart′s monthly and yearly album charts and Wings recorded more than double the amount of sales compared to The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever, which released in May and sold 310,243 copies.


BTS′ 2nd studio album Wings previously received attention for selling over 500,000 copies in pre-orders and selling 350,000 copies in the first week.


BTS also set a new record as a Korean artist by reaching number 26 on Billboard′s Top 200 chart and remaining on the chart for 3 weeks.


Meanwhile, BTS will be holding their BTS 3RD MUSTER [ARMY.ZIP+] for their official global fan club on November 12-13.
