The Manila – Quezon Expressway (MQX) Project is for the design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of a 102.3-kilometer (crossing Laguna de Bay) toll road from Pasig City to Candelaria, Quezon, and in accordance with the Republic Act No. 6987, as amended by Republic Act No. 7718, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations of 2006, as amended in 2012 (BOT Law IRR).
Segment 1 : C5 to Pililla 33 km.
Segment 2 : Pililla to Pila 29 km.
Segment 3 : Pila to Candelaria 40.3 km.
