Emma Bonney collected her 13th World Ladies’ Billiards Championships title.

It was her seventh crown in succession as she beat Rebecca Kenna, from Keighley, in the final 329-209.

The 2018 World Ladies Billiards Championship took place at the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds.

Bonney, from Cosham, was sponsored for the event by businesses Bad Fox Studios and ABH management.

After recently winning the Portsmouth Individual Scratch Billiard Championship in which she was the only female participant she travelled to Leeds determined to retain her title.

It started well for her.

She was unbeaten in her group stage.

That saw her progress through to the final when she proved too strong for Kenna.

After the final Bonney was presented with the trophy by World Billiards’ number one ranked player Peter Gilchrist.
