Black Mirror experience announced at Thorpe Park

Featuring cutting-edge visual technology and "sensory-defying" environments.

A new Black Mirror-inspired attraction is coming to Thorpe Park, promising a live experience that'll have visitors questioning their grip on reality.

Set to open in late March, when the amusement park re-opens after the winter season, Black Mirror Labyrinth will see thrill-seekers enter a maze that uses cutting-edge visuals and "sensory-defying" environments to confuse those who dare to brave it.

"Will you keep your grip on reality or will you lose yourself in the mainframe as this unpredictable digitised dimension reveals an uneasy truth that manipulates and displaces your very existence," the attraction's official website teases.

Thorpe Park re-opens on March 27, with the park planning more immersive events, experiences and rides to come in the 2020 season.

And while there are still a few weeks to go until rollercoaster fans can descend on the resort in 2020, tickets are now available to buy here, with the park also currently offering plenty of deals and discounts for the 2020 season.

You can buy an advanced day ticket online for £33 – £22 cheaper than if you were to buy them at the box office on the day – which entitles you to a full day's entry into Thorpe Park resort and allows you to beat the queues at the entrance.

Thorpe Park season passes are also currently on sale for £49, down from £90, and for a limited time only you will also receive a Season Digipass for unlimited digital ride photos (usual cost £35) for free too.

There are some dates you can't use a season pass, however, including July 31, all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in August and all Fright Night dates. But to get around that, you can purchase the premium season pass instead.

Not only does this give you unlimited access to the theme park all summer long as well as on six selected Fright Night dates, but you'll also get car parking all season long too. The premium season pass is available for just £75, instead of £120.

Black Mirror airs on Netflix.
