CNBLUE member Jung Yong-ha and Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun will step down from MBC’s make-believe reality show “We Got Married” where they play a married couple.

According to officials from MBC, the two have decided to leave the show due to their busy schedules: Seohyun due to the release of her single album and Japan tour set for April and May, respectively, and Jung because he will be busy promoting his group’s first regular album and preparing for his new MBC drama “Festival” in which he will co-star with actress Park Shin-hye starting May.

The officials also said that the two finished filming their segment for the show this Monday but will be able to run them till early April, while adding they have yet to find a couple to replace the two.

Nicknamed “YongSeo Couple” after their names, the two garnered much popularity through a duet song titled “Ban-mal Song” (let’s-take-it-easy song) that they sang on the show together. The video clips of them singing together alone attracted some two million hits from around the world.

Jung later re-made the song into a solo version with a new name “A Song For First-Time Lovers,” that reached as high as No. 1 on several prestigious music charts in the country upon its release last January.

The two made their first appearance at the season 2 of “We Got Married” in late February of last year alongside other idol group couples — Jo Kwon from 2AM and Ga-in from Brown Eyed Girls referred as “Adam Couple” and Nickhun (2PM) and Victoria (f(x)) Couple, nicknamed “Khuntoria”

The Jo Kwon-Gain couple left the show in January this year, making Nickhun and Victoria the only couple that is steady.

Jung Yong-hwa debuted as one of the four members to Korean rock band CNBLUE in early last year with hits songs such as “Alone” and “LOVE,” and rose to instant fame with Jung’s appearance in popular TV series “He is Beautiful” (SBS, 2009).

Seohyun debuted in 2007 as one of the nine-member female idol group Girls’ Generation with the single “Into The New World” as one of the nine-member girl group Girls’ Generation debuted in 2007 and has since gained wide popularity throughout Korea and neighboring Asian countries with continued hit albums “Girls’ Generation,” “Gee,” “Genie” “Oh” and Run Devil Run” and most recently, “Hoot.”
