Carom / Billiards
The Union Mondiale de Billard (UMB) is the world-body for all Carom/carambole billiard games.
The organisation was created in Madrid on June 1st, 1959 and is dedicated to promote the games of Carom billiard. The UMB monitors and controls all international Carom billiard competitions.
Pool
The World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) is the international governing body for pocket billiards.
The first General Assembly was held on March 3, 1990, and at this assembly, the World Pool-Billiard Association was sanctioned as the international governing body for pool.
Snooker
The International Billiards and Snooker Association (IBSF)
is the governing for non-professional snooker and English Billiards around the world.
