This vinegar is NOT the usual "sarsons" vinegar - you MUST dilute it - it is vinegar in its purest form - but if you do dilute then it makes fabulous pickled onions ect. I also love putting a few drops onto an onion salad which brings it to life - would really recommend - but you must look at receipes - dont think it;s like a normal vinegar.

A bit strong to use undiluted for pickles, but diluted down with pickling spices, this works great.

My favorite use has actually been as a calcium-deposit cleaner. This stuff is truly EXCELLENT for getting water scale off of.... anything so far. Just soak a sponge, wet the scale for a minute or so, and wipe clean. Make sure to rinse the vinegar off - it's an acid, so it could tarnish or ruin surfaces if you're not careful.
