Mamamoo are back with a music video for their new single “Wind Flower.”
On the track, released today (Nov. 29) as the single off of their their Blue;S EP, Mamamoo bemoan the loneliness that follows the end of romance. A mellow pop-rock melody turns bright and jazzy during the funky chorus, shifting gears to reflect the feelings of getting over heartbreak.
“Wind Flower” was released alongside a captivating, floral-filled video that begins with the foursome dramatically reflecting and expressing feelings of regret, before ending on a high, with the members having fun together, drinking away their woes in lo-fi shots and dancing around nighttime streets as they sing about things “getting better day by day.”
Blue;S is Mamamoo’s third album of the year themed around a color, after March’s Yellow Flower and July’s Red Moon.
