What is it?

Our public petitions process enables Glasgow's citizens, local businesses and organisations to have a direct route of engagement and role in the policy development process by raising matters of concern.

How do I do it?

Please read the pdf icon Petitions Guidance [217kb] carefully before preparing and submitting a petition. Your petition should refer to services provided by us or issues that affect you and or your community that we are involved in. To view and create petitions, please see the Online Petition Hub.

We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising in any way from the use of, or reliance on the contents of our online petition pages. We accept both paper and electronic petitions from the public but does not promote or discourage them. Petition organisers are responsible for publicising any petition they wish to organise.
