Varadkar considers travel ban but won't stop North/South travel

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar will not ban travel between the North and South of Ireland.

However, the Taoiseach is assessing whether to ban all non-essential travel into Ireland following a proposal by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
