One can apply for Land through three (3) ways as at now:

  1. Directly to the Commissioner of Lands
  2. Local authorities – to which you belong.
  3. Traditional authorities

37 Working days after all payments are made.

Any holder of a Zambian National Registration Card above the age of 21 can obtain a piece of land in Zambia.
