ὁμό-τροπος , ον,
A.of the same habits or life, ὁ. τε καὶ ὁμότροφος γίγνεσθαι, of the mind in relation to the body, Pl.Phd.83d : as Subst., “οἱ ὁ. τινός” Aeschin.1.158, cf. Thphr.Char.26.7 ; Δίκα καὶ ὁ. Εἰρήνα v.l. in Pi.O.13.7 ; “λέγοιτο δ᾽ ἄν τις Πυρρώνειος ὁ.” D.L.9.70.
2. of like fashion, “ἤθεα ὁ.” Hdt.8.144 ; “τὰ ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ . . ὁ. ἂν ἦν τοῖσι Ἕλλησι” Id.2.49, cf. Aen.Tact.19, al. Adv. “-πως” in the same manner, Id.3.3, Arist.SE183b6.
