- Accelerated by Jetson Hardware ISP Engine - Support NVIDIA Argus Camera plugin for H264 encoding, JPEG snapshots, as well as gain, exposure, framerate, and group, hold control.
- Plug-and-Play - You don’t need any hardware modification to work with jetson platform. Just a driver needed. More convenient than RPI official HQ cameras.
- 4-Lane Camera for the Future - Route out all 4 data lanes to the camera connector for customized carrier boards with 4-lane CSI connector and future 4-lane camera driver updates.
- Note:1. It can't work on the standard Raspberry Pi models (like Raspberry Pi 3/3B+/4) 2. This camera is compatible with Jetson Developer Kit, and it does not guarantee to support other third-party boards.

Product Description
Arducam just released this High Quality camera module for Jetson Nano/Xavier NX, an IMX477 camera board with 3 hole pitches. You can use this camera module on Jetson Nano/Xavier NX natively with ISP features. No hardware modifications required, just install the driver and you are good to go.
KERNEL CAMERA DRIVER USED
This camera relies on kernel drivers to work – one kernel version, one camera driver.
- Versions earlier than JetPack 4.3 (L4T 32.3.1) are not supported.
- Up or downgrading your OS leads to a kernel bump, and you’ll need to re-install a matching driver.
- Future JetPack/kernel updates require future drivers. When that happens, please allow us some time to process. And if you don’t see it released in time, kindly remind us.

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Also, I can't seem to find any code samples, or instructions on how to get this working with opencv (a non-trivial task).
You'll end up with the board failing to load drivers even though it's plugged in (and there's a /dev/video device). It's an I2C communication failure with the camera board.
