AJUNTAMENT DE CANET DE MAR

Canet de Mar enjoys an excellent weather all year round. The presence of the Mediterranean at the front and the Montnegre Hills at the back, create and ideal climate both in summer and in winter.

Temperatures raise over 30ºC in summer, whereas in winter almost never go under zero. Spring and autumn are also ideal to visit Canet. So for example, some years the beach season goes from early May to October.

Rain is scarce as in the rest of the Catalan Coast. Storms can occur in autumn as seawater temperature is still high and meets north cold winds.
