the most usefull payment gateway.

the most usefull payment gateway.. especially for 3rd world coutry citizen like me from Indonesia to pay internationally. they do have flaw though, do not transaction use Rapyd (their UK partner payment gateway) i try to deposit from Dana.id (indonesian payment gateway) trice. first it come in 30 hours. 2nd it coming in 18 days (15 business days). and last it coming in 3 business day. i learn my lesson now, other than that, this is the most usefull payment gateway for non american who tend to use Paypal or their own e-Wallet. written in 30/April/2024

10/10 experience

10/10 experience. Honestly I recently temporarily closed my account and when I asked to reopen with 20 mins was reopened. Customer service is 2nd to none tbh very very happy

Withdrawal delay in instant mobile wallet

I really like the app fo the beigener and for the people who used it for the better and smooth transaction.... But the thing on which i am getting difficulty iss that i can't withdraw the amount to my mobile Wallet everytimes the money add back up to my account and Show that the transaction was successful but it's not detected from the skrill account and add to my mobile Wallet

Im all document submitted

Im all document submitted , my income source, my verification
But skrill closed my account that is not fare ,
Im send money to my merchants now im problem to received my money to my merchants bcoz my account is closed
That is very bad experience

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. If I could give a minus, I would. I created the required account, answered truthfully the 3 required questions as to whom transfers were to be made, how often and how much. It took almost a week for them to decide they were too good for my business, and without warning, cancelled the acccount alll the while, holding the almost $2000.00 in the account, having declared it as "RESTRICTED." Then to add insult to injury, every option to "withdraw" my money was 5-10 day wait before I get my refund. AVOID USING SKRILL! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

DONT USE!!

DONT USE!!! My account got restricted after adding a large deposit amount. I submitted my verification information and was advised it would be 24-48 hours before I would withdraw. 7 days have passed. I call customer service everyday, only to be told that no one immediate can assist me. The customer service rep hung up on me after I politely asked to get this taken care of today, there is nothing they can do to speed up process. Its scary and still unresolved

my bank account was double charged issue was resolved but it took a lot of time

my bank account was double charged by skrill while making an int'l transfer which i noticed in my monthly bank statement. i immediately contacted skrill through the chat option in the app and was assured someone would get back to me within 48 hours. this wasn't true as if took 4 or 5 days for them to contact me on my email after which i had to explain everything in detail to them with attached proofs. they told me they would respond within 24 hours which again wasn't true. they replied after 7 days saying indeed there was a mistake on their end and that my account would be refunded in a few days. i got back money eventually which is great work by them but the response time is atrocious to say the least.

This app is full of shxt and crappy…

This app is full of shxt and crappy customer service who restrict an account once you put money in it and even if you upload your verification documents, they'll never respond to you... Take it from me try PerfectMoney its better than these clown's app.. Skrill and your ceo fxck you for life

Skrill is full of crap, DO NOT USE IT!!!!!

Skrill is full of crap. After depositing money they restricted my account. I submitted all the verification documents and they told me, that reviewing is in progress. The following day my account is permanently closed. They don't have any customer service at all. No contact whatsover with them. You try to email them, they refer you to talk to their stupid bot.

I've been a client of Skrill for a…

I've been a client of Skrill for a short period of time. The first transaction went through successfully. I am fully verified. I only used one account with this company. I received an email for my second transaction that the payment was received and accepted and then I went in to withdraw my funds and was told my account is restricted. Now, I am going to allow 1-2 days but if I don't hear back from them I will be escalating the complaint. The amount of funds they are holding in my account is a significant amount, so I will need this matter addressed immediately. I will give an update once I hear back from them.

Update: I am now fully verified. Skrill took security precautions to protect my account. I now have full access to my account and transaction.

Good

Doing excellent work.. not complicated.. instant money transfer… But I had a problem with verifying my account then my money overstayed in their account then they just deducted a lot of money from account without any early warning they said that I have broken their rules.. Rule was that they charge 5$ per 6 months but they charged me $68..i need this 68 back soon you didn’t give me an early notification but you just deducted the money while I was trying to get my verification documents

Been using Skrill for more than two…

Been using Skrill for more than two years now and it's a solid service, fast and user friendly, especially the mobile app. Had no problems with verification, it was easy. Love the address proofing feature using geo location with phone GPS via sharing location, it was so fast and easy to prove my living address, that it's a must have for any service where " proof of address " is needed, because sending documents has been a nightmare for me.
One thing im not so happy about is the fees. Comparing to other e-wallet services, it's pretty high, especially charging 2.50€ for a virtual card.

Recommend Skrill for South Africa

Sad to see negative reviews of Skrill. Yes, of course they ask a small percentage fee for transferring foreign currency to your local bank account, that is to be expected. I love Skrill, unlike PayPal, payment to one's account is immediate. It is also the ONLY other payment method (PayPal being the other) that works in South Africa. Grateful for them, I get paid in USD, and had to stop working as I was not able to get my money out from Paxum. Now I'm working again

Skrill restrict account for no reason

Week ago Skrill randomly restrict my account, since this time they didn't even informed me what is the reason of that. Support ignore my messages. Terrible service. Luckily I didn't have any money in the wallet.

Customer Service

I love my new Skrill Visa but I was a little concerned that the love wasn't going to last. The reason is because I was being declined when I was attempting to pay for a certain transaction so I contacted the Skrill Customer Service at their phone number and opened a ticket. I was a little skeptical because I was told that I would be contacted through my email and it could possibly take several days which I figured would be forever but to my surprise on the third day they had already solved my issue and restored my love for my new Skrill Visa.

Well to my disbelief they did not resolve my issue which is very disappointing and makes me mad because evidently they just wanted a good review posted on here. I give 1 star because they kept emailing me saying my issue WAS RESOLVED BUT EVIDENTLY THEY DIDN'T CHANGE A THING OR FIX ANYTHING
