Hu Salty Dark Chocolate is excellent, and Hu Customer Service went beyond my expectations.Living in Arizona, I worried that ordering chocolate in the Summer would not go well. The original package I ordered was pourable, having been left on my doorstep. I left my disappointed review and someone from Hu contacted me immediately. They asked if I would accept a replacement package and I agreed, noting that I thought it would be difficult for it to arrive as solid chocolate. The Hu representative said, "I've got this!"Instead of one ice pack, he packed the second box with three ice packs. When I opened the box, the chocolate bars were solid, and although two ice packs were liquid, the last ice pack still had a small amount of ice in it.I have been enjoying these bars over the last month, and it is my new favorite chocolate bar.FYI: One of the reasons I chose this chocolate was that I wanted there to be four or fewer ingredients without an obvious coconut flavor from the coconut sugar. Hu came through on their flavor and delivery promises.
