A letdown
I have been a loyal customer with noon for 4 years now and I was impressed with the service, until like this few months. It’s a let down really. Especially the new customer loyalty program. I have 2 orders, the 1st order has pending items since April 15. I am trying to track the shipments but it’s returning an error. Also the priority customer service is not helpful. And they didn’t return my last call request. I feel like I have wasted the money on the program and noon should really look into this to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

Extremely disappointed with this app
I’ve been waiting for my order for almost two weeks since I changed the address, I’ve been getting calls from your customer service almost on a daily basis, having to wake up at 11AM every to answer your calls! And every day i get news that I’d be receiving my order in a day or two, so I cancel all my plans just to be able to claim my order, but it never shows up! This has happened almost 4 times!!! Is this how you treat your customers??? What what’s even worse is that i was just on call with your support team and apparently my order has been canceled and returned to the wear house!! Which is completely Your fault; even worse it that I don’t get anything as compensation for YOUR mistakes. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional coming from such a big company. My order was supposed to be a gift for someone who means a lot to me, his birthday is in 8 days and you’ve completely Ruined it. Ordering from you and being so patient with you was the Worst decision I’ve ever made online. Thank you for Nothing.

I really like the app but I want to help you to improve your accessibility hope this ratings help
Hi@noon developers I have a problem with the app I like to order stuff from it and it was accessible before but right now I will give it 50% but I really like it in a really try it often but in the last update the accessibility was changing to the worst some buttons are not pronounced by the voice over before I use it with a voice over but right now a lot of buttons are not pronounced by the voiceover I noticed that in my last order and I don’t want to rely on sighted people to help me because before I don’t need them but right now the accessibility of noon changed but please please try to make it compatible as before thanks in advance
