Default Not Living is obsolete with TNG 13 which added an option in the General Settings > Privacy section for Living flag set for new people and families Mod applies only to TNG V9 through TNG V12.3

Requirements
- A working TNG installation. The automated installation release was tested at TNG Version 9.0+.
- An installed current version of the Mod Manager.
Automated Installation
- Download default_not_living_v9.0.0.1.zip. Upload and Extract to the mods folder.
- Follow the normal automated installation for Mod Manager, as shown in the example Mod Manager - Installing Config Files to install.

- Try using the Mod Manager Remove capability
