FAQ:
1.Does the 12v 96 watt sample we received have a limited powersource(LPS) pass? If so can the LPS be printed on the power supplylabel?
Answer:
Really sorry that 12v 96w models you received do not have LPS.. But after viewing the rules of LPS test, I found that LPS test is mainly for communication product.. most of the material of communication product is plastic,
and the power supply we provide is Aluminum case, hence I think it is not so important to consider the led power supply has LPS or not..
2.Do you have mounting packs(screws/washers) for the junction boxes?
Answer: Each two sides of our junction box have mounting packs for the junction box.
Enclosed kindly please check the picture of the mounting packs for the junction box.
3.Could you extend the warrantee of the drivers for more than 3 years instead of only two years?
Answer: About the guarranty for our non-dimmable constant voltage LED drivers, yes, we give 2 years warranty for those solutions, and if you can control the load around 80% and have a good ventilation environment, most of our LED drivers will run more than 2.5year to 3 years , NO problem...
4.What is your MOQ?
Answer: Our MOQ is 200pcs for each. But we accept trial order or sample order.
