The authorities of North Central Railways informed that the train number 12033/12034 Kanpur-New Delhi Shatabdi express will continue to run as usual between the two stations for six days in a week.

Taking cognizance of the problems being faced by people in commuting between Kanpur and New Delhi, minister for coal, statistics and programme implementation Sriprakash Jaiswal held a conversation with Railway Board chairman Vivek Sahay and asked him to continue Kanpur-New Delhi-bound Shatabdi Express between the two stations on every single day of the week.
