For many, that’s not a problem, but for thousands of ex-felons in Delaware, it is. To help with workforce reentry, the nonprofit Delaware Center for Horticulture's ‘Branches to Chances’ program introduces the formerly incarcerated, homeless, or unemployed to horticulture while working towards job placement and building work-life skills. One of the key races in the 2024 Elections in Delaware is the race for Governor. Incumbent Democrat John Carney is term-limited, leaving the office up for grabs. On the Democratic side, two-term New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer was the first to jump into the race in June, followed by Lt.
