backups. Main area impacted is between the Union Pacific Railroad
and Second street beneath Interstate 80. Property damage in
Winnemucca is minimal.

- At 6:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.9 feet and falling.
- Recent Activity...The river rose above flood stage around
midnight early Sunday morning, April 28. It crested near 20.7
feet on Monday, April 30.
- Forecast...The river is expected to continue a steady fall
over the coming days. It will fall below flood stage around
midday tomorrow and back toward base flow next week.

will occur from the Inkom and Blackrock area. Lowland flooding
will occur along sections of the river in Pocatello from Portneuf
Gap to the Cheyenne Avenue Bridge and downstream of the concrete
channel beginning at Sacajawea Park.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
