I bought this pan to make focaccia bread in however can be used for plenty more. The nonstick works well but my favorite part is that it comes with a lid. If you have leftovers no more need to waste any plastic wrap. The lid is also great if you proof your bread too!

I have used this pan to make brownies and sheet cakes. Bakes beautifully with a bit of cooking spray (usually Pam Olive Oil). Nothing sticks to it and I get nice browned edges. At first, I was disappointed because - as MANY reviewers have noted - the lid would NOT fit. No matter how hard I pushed the edges to get it over the lip, it just would not go. So half the lid was on and the other half just rested on top. Good enough to keep flies away and to keep it from going stale, but not what I wanted. Then I accidentally pushed really hard on the top flat part of the plastic lid - near the side that wouldn't snap - and the whole lid sort of bent and spread out and clicked into place. It does fit! So easy and dumb but it hadn't occurred to me to try doing that before. So don't try to get the "edge" of the lid to fit, push the whole thing to flatten and spread it out while it is partly already on the pan and it will click into place. Good luck out there.

This baking tray is the right size for most of the traybake receipes found in cook books. It is well made and feels substantial, smooth coating which is non-stick and the lip around the tray makes it very easy to get tray in and out of oven. The tray does not warp in the heat or when lifting out of hot oven and I feel that for the price paid it is an excellent piece of bakeware. There is one issue I found and that is with the plastic lid which comes with the tray to keep cakes etc fresh, it is very easy to put on but not so easy to remove. The lid fastens itself under the rim of the tray and is very secure, so secure that when I tried to remove it I had to ask for help from my husband. We did get the lid off and hopefully with use it will soften up and make removal that little bit more easy. I don't think I will use it though as I brought the tray for baking only and not storage but for anyone who requires something like this it should be a good piece of kit.

Non me lo sono fatta sfuggire e ho fatto bene, è un prodotto che costa molto meno di quello che vale. Non lo uso per cucinare, ma per mettere a congelare le cose che devono stare staccate e poi possono venire messe nei sacchetti: gnocchi, bistecche, cose così. Il fatto che ci sia il coperchio, che chiude sia in posizione tradizionale come da foto che rovesciato, per risparmiare spazio in altezza, è utilissimo. Ne ho presi quattro, in due ordini diversi perchè amazon più di due alla settimana non ne fa comprare.
