Ovo, drugo prošireno izdanje, ima 470 stranica, uz ilustracije, tabele, grafikone i sheme. Dodana su još neka pitanja za provjeru razumijevanja gradiva, te ona koja potiču primjenu izloženih sadržaja. Glavne dopune ogledaju se u nekoliko novih poglavlja: McAdamsov pristup, Rushtonova Diferencijalna teorija, Studije slučaja, Neuroanatomski i neurofiziološki korelati ličnosti, Evolucijski pristup proučavanju i opisivanju ličnosti i Indeks opisivača ličnosti. Autor je priložio tri svoja istraživanja, koja su većinom zasnovana na psihometrijskoj validaciji određenih instrumenata, te kriterijskoj valjanosti nekih konstrukata ličnosti, koji pripadaju savremenim modelima njene strukture. Za ovo izdanje, autor je proveo kratku anketu među nekoliko psihologa ličnosti kod nas i ''u svijetu''. Prikazani su njihovi odgovori na pitanja koja se odnose na najveći dosadašnji doprinos u ovoj psihološkoj disciplini, usaglašavanje (''pomirenje'') saznanja proisteklih iz socijalne i psihologije ličnosti, te na perspektive budućeg razvoja ove discipline.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the influences of some personality traits, measured with the HEXACO model of personality, on the perceived ability to manage one's own affects. The results of the correlations and the linear regressions between the personality traits, measured by the HEXACO-60, and the perceived ability to manage affects, measured by the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Belief scale, support the idea that extraversion is more related to expressing positive affects, whereas emotionality is more related to managing negative affects, and conscientiousness is slightly related to some aspects of self-regulation of positive and negative affects. The results obtained in this study for the HEXACO are similar to those displayed for FFM in previous studies regarding personality traits and positive and negative affects.

This chapter provides a synopsis of research on where multidimensional perfectionism " fits " within the broader framework of contemporary personality theory. Focusing on Hewitt and Flett's (1991) model of perfectionism--differentiating self-oriented, other-oriented, and socially prescribed perfectionism--the chapter presents a summary and critical discussion of how multidimensional perfectionism relates to the dimensions and facets of two major structural models of personality (the five-factor model and the HEXACO model) and one neuropsychological model of personality (reinforcement sensitivity theory). Implications of the findings for multidimensional theories and models of perfectionism, as well as future perfectionism research, are discussed.

The main objective of this paper is to attempt to define the concept of self in western, science-based thinking and practice, also through the eastern, religious-based interpretations. It has been highlighted the multidimensional nature of self, as the achievements of western academic insights. On the other hand, it has been analyzed the holistic and combining essence of self, which is characteristic for the Eastern doctrines. We have presented some contemporary models of personality (Five-Factor Model, Six-Factor Model, Seven-Factor Model, The Big Two and The Big One), in order to describe the structure of what is called the manifest self. The concept of exclusive self has been introduced, as the counterpart to the aspirations of self-negation in the East. The possibility of synthesis of western and eastern effort to approach and understand the self, has been discussed with the reference to the basic postulates of transpersonal psychology (which is known as ''the fourth force in psychology''). It was concluded that the self should be understood as an axis of personality, i.e., as a dynamic force whose significant characteristic is flexibility. Self possesses mechanisms that hold together all components of personality, and the existence of its various layers can best be understood as a shift of consciousness from the surface to deep parts of the psyche and vice versa.

Osnovni cilj ovog rada je pokušaj određenja pojma o sebi u zapadnoj, naučno utemeljenoj misli i praksi, kao i u okviru istočnih, religijski zasnovanih tumačenja. Istaknuta je multidimenzionalna priroda selfa, kao tekovina zapadnjačkih akademskih uvida. S druge strane, prodiskutovana je holistička, objedinjujuća suština vlastitog ja, karakteristična za istočnjačke doktrine. Predstavljeni su savremeni modeli ličnosti (petofaktorski, šestofaktorski, sedmofaktorski, dvofaktorski i jednofaktorski), u cilju opisa strukture onoga što je nazvano manifestni self. Uveden je pojam ekskluzivnog selfa, kao antipod istočnjačkih težnji ka samonegaciji. Razmotrena je mogućnost sinteze zapadnih i istočnih nastojanja da se sazna i spozna sopstveno ja u vidu osnovnih postulata transpersonalne psihologije, odnosno ''četvrte sile'' u psihologiji. Zaključeno je da self treba shvatiti kao osovinu ličnosti, tj. dinamičnu silu koju odlikuje fleksibilnost. Self posjeduje mehanizme koji drže na okupu komponente ličnosti, a postojanje njegovih različitih slojeva najbolje se može razumjeti kao pomjeranje fokusa svijesti sa površinskih na dubinske dijelove psihe i obratno.

Cross-cultural adjustment is a challenge faced by sojourner groups around the world. Although associations between the Big Five personality traits and cross-cultural adjustment are well established, less is known about the six-factor HEXACO model of personality and adjustment. Moreover, recent research has considered whether individual differences in cultural intelligence (CQ) might supplant personality traits for predicting adjustment. The present study examined the HEXACO personality traits and four facets of CQ as predictors of cross-cultural adjustment for a sample of 355 international students attending university in the United States. A series of hierarchical regression analyses revealed that several facets of CQ predicted incremental variance in students' cross-cultural adjustment over and above the HEXACO traits across all dimensions of adjustment. Conversely, several HEXACO traits predicted incremental variance in students' interaction and school-related adjustment over and above CQ. Cognitive CQ and motivational CQ demonstrated consistent criterion-related validities for predicting all facets of adjustment. Additionally, Extraversion was related to interaction adjustment, and Conscientiousness was related to school-related adjustment over and above students' standing on the facets of CQ. Rather than considering cultural intelligence and personality traits as in conflict, researchers should consider these characteristics as complementary yet distinct predictors of cross-cultural adjustment.

Personality and its potential link to health behaviours including alcohol use has been the subject of much discussion in academia for decades. Considerable evidence suggests that factors of personality such as extraversion and conscientiousness can predict health behaviours in populations (Kewley &Vickers, 1994). One problem in this research is the reliance on measuring personality with a five-factor model. The present study aims to investigate the potential link between personality and both alcohol consumption and alcohol disorder behaviour. The study utilises the HEXACO six-factor model of personality. This allows for the opportunity to investigate the Honesty/Humility domain of personality that is not recorded in five-factor models. Student drinkers (n=286) were asked a series of questions taken from the HEXACO-PI-R (personality test) and the AUDIT (alcohol use disorders identification test) via an online questionnaire (112 item). Data was analysed using bivariate correlations and multiple regression analyses. Bivariate correlations revealed that both Conscientiousness and Honesty/Humility were significantly negatively correlated with alcohol consumption and alcohol disorder behaviour. Openness to Experience was significantly negatively correlated with alcohol consumption, and Extraversion was significantly positively correlated with alcohol consumption. Multiple Regression revealed low Conscientiousness made the biggest individual contribution as a predictor of both alcohol consumption and alcohol disorder behaviour. Multiple Regression also revealed that low Honesty/Humility was a predictor of alcohol disorder behaviour. The present study provides further evidence for a link between personality domains and alcohol use, highlighting the effectiveness and encouraging the use of a six-factor model of personality in future empirical investigations.

Recent emic research of personality structure has revealed a broad and comprehensive trait not found in previous studies: the Honesty- Humility trait. The present research is an exploratory study, conducted in an attempt to investigate the opposite pole of the Honesty factor. A broad set of measures that are conceptually linked to amoral and dishonest behavior (Amorality, psychopathy, Disintegration, Negative Valence and Militant Extremism Mind Set), together with the facets of the Honesty factor, was administered to a sample of students (N = 345, 65% females). Maximum likelihood factor analysis clearly isolated a latent Honesty-Dishonesty dimension. Dishonesty is best described by the manipulative and Machiavellistic traits, followed by resentment, brutality and sadism. Disintegration modalities are not part of the Dishonesty space, but they are correlated with it. The results of cluster analysis indicate that there is a discontinuity between the group of honest and dishonest individuals. Those two groups differentiate on their scores on the traits of Agreeableness and Conscientiousness from the Big Five personality model. The results of the research contribute to a more precise and accurate understanding of the morally relevant personality dispositions.

BHS: Cilj ovog rada je prikaz slučaja imaginarnog lika, dr Hannibala Lectera, na osnovu analize sadržaja četiri knjige („Hannibal“, „Hannibal: postanak“, „Kad jaganjci utihnu“ i „Crveni zmaj“), četiri filma sa istoimenim nazivima i dvije sezone od po 13 epizoda serije „Hannibal“. U prvom dijelu, analiza se odnosi na razmatranje pomenutog slučaja uzimajući u obzir dijagnostičke kriterijume sljedećih klasifikacija bolesti: DSM-IV, DSM-V i ICD-10. Potom, ponuđena je deskripcija ličnosti dr Lectera kroz savremene modele strukture ličnosti: Model velikih pet, HEXACO model, Model velikih sedam, Dvofaktorski model i Jednofaktorski model. Posebno smo se osvrnuli na tumačenje bihevioralnih obrazaca ovog fiktivnog lika iz ugla klasičnih psihodinamskih teorija, te kroz prizmu teorijskog stanovišta Jacquesa Lacana. Dodatno, njegovo ponašanje je objašnjeno rukovodeći se postulatima kognitivno-bihevioralne paradigme, te evolucione psihologije. Na kraju rada, pobrojani su zaključci, nastali kao sinteza prethodnih interpretacija, odnosno eklektičkog pristupa korištenog prilikom pomenute analize. Istaknuti su i nedostaci ovakve vrste analize, u vidu metodoloških ograničenja kvalitativnog istraživanja na jednom ispitaniku (studije slučaja) i problema diferencijalne dijagnostike u slučaju kontroverznog lika kakav je dr Hannibal Lecter.
ENG: The aim of this study was to review the case of the imaginary character, Dr. Hannibal Lecter, based on content analysis of four books (“Hannibal”, “Hannibal Rising”,    “Silence of the Lambs”  and “Red Dragon”), four films with the same title and two seasons of 13 episodes of the serial “Hannibal”. In the first part, the analysis refers to the consideration of the aforementioned case, taking into account the following diagnostic classifications: DSM-IV, DSM-5 and ICD-10. Then, we offered a description of Dr. Lecter’s personality through modern models of personality structure: Big Five Model, HEXACO Model, The Big Seven Model, Two-factor Model and One-factor Model. In particular, we address the interpretation of behavioral patterns of this fictional character from the perspective of classical psychodynamic theory, and through the prism of a theoretical point of Jacques Lacan. In addition, his behavior is explained by applying the postulates of cognitive-behavioral paradigm as well as evolutionary psychology. At the end of the paper are listed conclusions, created as a synthesis of previous interpretations, or an eclectic approach used in these analyses. In addition, there are featured disadvantages of this type of analysis, in the form of methodological limitations of qualitative research in one subject (case studies) and problems of differential diagnosis in the case of a controversial character such as Dr. Hannibal Lecter.

Over the past 20 years we have gained a comprehensive understanding of self-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism, but our understanding of other-oriented perfectionism (OOP)—and how it differs from the other two forms of perfectionism—is still underdeveloped. Two studies with university students are presented examining OOP’s relationships with social goals, the dark triad, the HEXACO personality dimensions, and altruism. OOP showed unique positive relationships with narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy and unique negative relationships with nurturance, intimacy, and social development goals. Furthermore it showed unique relationships with social dominance goals (positive) and emotionality, agreeableness, and altruism (negative) dependent on the OOP measure used. The findings suggest that OOP is a “dark” form of perfectionism associated with antisocial and narcissistic personality characteristics.

The evolutionary origins of the HEXACO personality factors





The HEXACO model is an improvement over the Big Five inventory. However, merely adding new personality dimensions is of little use when it comes to understanding human nature, as not even five factors are human universals (at least, from our current understanding). Two of the factors that are often associated with mental disorders (neuroticism and openness to experience), never even show up in non-Western societies. Accordingly, these traditional societies have many fewer mental health problems than us people in Western societies,  which are called “WEIRD” (Western, educated, industrialized, rich and democratic) by Joseph Henrich in The WEIRDest People in the World (2020). Henrich points out the Big 5 are indeed WEIRD 5, as they are by no means human universals. Some societies yield only three or four factors. Subsistence-level economies often only have two factors. The Tsimane'  practise subsistence farming and Henrich writes about them:


So, did the Tsimane' reveal the WEIRD-5? No, not even close. The Tsimane' data reveal only two dimensions of personality. No matter how you slice and dice the data, there’s just nothing like the WEIRD-5. Moreover, based on the clusters of characteristics associated with each of the Tsimane'’s two personality dimensions, neither matches up nicely with any of the WEIRD-5 dimensions [...] these dimensions capture the two primary routes to social success among the Tsimane', which can be described roughly as “interpersonal prosociality” and “industriousness.” The idea is that if you are Tsimane', you can either focus on working harder on the aforementioned productive activities and skills like hunting and weaving, or you can devote your time and mental efforts to building a richer network of social relationships.

"U ovom radu se raspravljalo o znanstvenoj osnovanosti i mogućnosti kroskulturalne generalizabilnosti petofaktorskog modela ličnosti (inače produkta dominantne paradigme u savremenoj psihologiji ličnosti). Prvo je dat povijesni pregled oblikovanja leksičke hipoteze, te razlozi za ovakav pristup proučavanju fenomena ličnosti. Detaljno su analizirani deskriptori ličnosti koji su obuhvaćeni ovim modelom. Ukratko je opisana faktorska analiza, kao ključna statističko-psihometrijska tehnika u ovoj oblasti.
Opisana su i dva alternativna modela: šestofaktorski i sedmofaktorski model ličnosti. Dat je pregled validacionih studija petofaktorskog modela ličnosti na: španjolskom, italijanskom, ruskom, poljskom, litvanskom, estonskom, turskom, indijskom, hrvatskom i srpskom govornom području. Također su prodiskutirani ''etic'' i ''emic'' pristupi u kreiranju upitnika ličnosti. Zaključeno je da petofaktorski model predstavlja značajan napredak u znanstvenom razmišljanju u oblasti psihologije ličnosti. Međutim, on nije baš tako kulturalno univerzalan, kao što se to čini ''na prvi pogled''. U budućnosti je nužna suradnja psihologa, lingvista i kulturologa/antropologa, a sve u cilju formiranja jasnije slike o odnosu jezika, kulture i ličnosti."

Although several studies have linked Life History Strategy (LHS) variation with variation in the Five Factor Model personality dimensions, no published research has explored the relationship of LHS to the HEXACO personality dimensions. The theoretically expected relationship of the HEXACO Emotionality factor to LHS is unclear.  The results of two studies (N = 641) demonstrated that LHS indicators form part of a factor along with HEXACO Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and (marginally) Honesty-Humility. People higher on these dimensions pursue a slower LHS. Neither Openness nor Emotionality was associated with this factor. Holding LHS constant, social involvement with kin was consistently predicted by higher Emotionality and was not consistently predicted by any other HEXACO factor. These results support a view of Emotionality as part of an LHS-independent personality dimension that influences the provision and receipt of kin altruism.

The H Factor may sound like a sci-fi TV show, but it's a-certainly not much less excitingaccessible book by Keebom Lee and Michael Ashton about their HEXACO model of personality: The H Factor of Personality: Why Some People Are Manipulative, Self-Entitled, Materialistic, and Exploitive and Why It Matters for Everyone (2012). The authors briefly describe how they discovered the H (honesty-humility) factor and added it to the Five-Factor (OCEAN) model and then go on to provide an interesting mix of theoretical ideas and practical examples (e.g. the personality traits of a conman) and case studies. Low H would predict a number of socially rather less desirable traits

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati koji su najbolji prediktori dimenzije Poštenje/Skromnost (H) iz HEXACO modela, te Pozitivne valencije (PV) i Negativne valencije (NV) Sedmofaktorskog modela strukture ličnosti. 
Uzorak je činilo 183 sudionika (82.4% žena), prosječne dobi M = 26.83 (SD = 8.40). Primijenjena je skala konstruirana u svrhu ovog istraživanja, koja se sastojala od 18 čestica, prezentiranih u formatu 10-stepene skale Likertovog tipa. Prvih sedam čestica odnosilo se na Sedmofaktorski model, sljedećih šest na HEXACO, a posljednjih pet na Model velikih pet. Svaka čestica sadržala je od pet do sedam personalnih atributa, koji su u prethodnim istraživanjima bili visoko saturirani pripadajućim faktorima.
Provedena je standardna linearna regresijska analiza, a kao prediktori Poštenja/Skromnosti, uzete su dimenzije Sedmofaktorskog modela, te Modela velikih pet, dok su prediktori Pozitivne i Negativne valencije bile dimenzije Modela velikih pet i HEXACO modela.
Set dimenzija Sedmofaktorskog modela objašnjava 23.6% varijance Poštenja/Skromnosti. Statistički značajni prediktori su: Saradljivost (β = .244, p< .01), Konvencionalnost (β= .214, p< .01), Pozitivna valencija (β= .210, p< .01) i Negativna valencija (β= -.171, p< .05). Iz Modela velikih pet, to su: Saradljivost (β= .447, p< .01), Savjesnost (β= .251, p< .001) i Ekstraverzija (β= -.195, p< .01), a ukupna objašnjena varijanca iznosi 26.1%.
Dimenzije HEXACO modela objašnjavaju 13.4% varijance Pozitivne valencije, a Otvorenost je bila jedini statistički značajan prediktor (β= .177, p< .05). Faktori iz Modela velikih pet također objašnjavaju 13.4% varijance Pozitivne valencije, a Savjesnost se pokazala kao jedini statistički značajan prediktor (β= .311, p< .001).
Faktori HEXACO modela objašnjavaju 15.2% varijance Negativne valencije, gdje su statistički značajni prediktori bili Emocionalnost (β= .330, p< .001) i Poštenje/Skromnost (β= -.177, p< .05). Dimenzije Modela velikih pet objašnjavaju 5% varijance Negativne valencije, dok je Neuroticizam bio jedini statistički značajan prediktor (β= .173, p< .05).

This study is a replication of Andreassen and colleagues (2013) [The relationships between behavioral addictions and the five-factor model of personality. Journal of Behavioral Addictions, 2(2), 90-99]. We partially replicated the findings of the original study. Our results support the role of personality, particularly conscientiousness, in predicting behavioral addictions, such as video game, Internet, and mobile phone addiction. However, we failed to replicate the same pattern of personality traits for each behavioral addiction.

The Electronically Activated Recorder (EAR) is a method for collecting periodic brief audio snippets of participants' daily lives using a portable recording device. The EAR can potentially intrude into people's privacy, alter their natural behavior, and introduce self-selection biases greater than in other types of social science methods. Previous research (Mehl and Holleran, 2007, hereafter M&H) has shown that participant non-compliance with, and perceived obtrusiveness of, an EAR protocol are both low. However, these questions have not been addressed in jurisdictions that require the consent of all parties to recording conversations. This EAR study required participants to wear a button bearing a microphone icon and the words " This conversation may be recorded " to comply with California's all-party consent law. Results revealed self-reported obtrusiveness and non-compliance were actually lower in the present study than in the M&H study. Behaviorally assessed non-compliance did not differ between the two studies. Participants in the present study talked more about being in the study than participants in the M&H study, but such talk still comprised <2% of sampled conversations. Another potential problem with the EAR, participant self-selection bias, was addressed by comparing the EAR volunteers' HEXACO personality dimensions to a non-volunteer sample drawn from the same student population. EAR volunteers were significantly and moderately higher in Conscientiousness, and lower in Emotionality, than non-volunteers. In conclusion, the EAR method can be successfully implemented in at least one all-party consent state (California). Interested researchers are encouraged to review this procedure with their own legal counsel.

COVID-19, as a pandemic, has put the world into a predicament and it has affected almost every
walk of life. The purpose of this study was to assess the moderating effect of Emotional
intelligence (EI) on the relationship between Personality traits (positive and negative effect), Job
stressor, on Counterproductive work behavior ensue due to pandemic.
An online survey was conducted from (N=301) academic staff from seven tertiary education
sectors from southern region of Sindh (Pakistan).Quantitative Survey method were analyzed using
the SPSS AMOS to test the moderation between variables during COVID-19. The results showed that Job stressor and Personality traits with negative effect have a strong
positive relationship with CWB whereas EI and Personality traits with positive effect negatively
impact upon the CWB of academia staff of Sindh, besides the Emotional Intelligence plays as a
significant moderating role. The research will be helpful for States academic policy makers and
universities to formulate more inclusive strategies to control such behavior among the employees
and will help in formulation of strategies.

Previous research has shown that there is a latent disposition toward psychotic-like experiences in the general population, labeled schizotypy. However, there is a dispute over the conceptual status of schizotypy: does it represent merely psychosis proneness, or is it a broad and general personality trait? If a disposition should be regarded even as a candidate for a personality trait, its scores would probably be distributed normally in the population and it must show irreducibility in regard to the previously discovered personality traits. In this research, these questions are addressed, using the construct of Disintegration as an operationalization of schizotypy. The results show that although some modalities of Disintegration have skewed distributions in the student sample (N=345, 65% female), the global Disintegration scores have a normal distribution. Furthermore, Disintegration modalities constitute a latent component which is distinct from the personality traits that form HEXACO model of basic personality structure. Nevertheless, Disintegration shares some variance with the HEXACO traits, especially with the negative poles of Extraversion and Conscientiousness. The results suggest that a conceptual view of a schizotypy as a personality trait is at least plausible and they can be used as guidelines for future empirical studies of this problem.

Within individual factors that affect academic achievement, personality traits have been the least explored eventhough there is evidence that suggest conscientiousness, neuroticism and self-efficacy are direct contributors ofacademic achievement. We used a sample of 725 Mexican public high school students (Mage =18, SDage =1.09,59% female) to test three Path Analysis models based on those proposed by Stajkovic, Bandura, Locke, Lee andSergent, (2018). Within individual factors that affect academic achievement, personality traits have been the least explored even though there is evidence that suggest conscientiousness, neuroticism and self-efficacy are direct contributors of academic achievement. We used a sample of 725 Mexican public high school students (M age =18, SD age =1.09, 59% female) to test three Path Analysis models based on those proposed by Stajkovic, Bandura, Locke, Lee and Sergent, (2018). Although the models present very similar fit statistics and explanatory power, the intrapersonal model is more parsimonious, presents better fit indices and was therefore chosen as our final model. The model identifies middle school GPA, self-efficacy, neuroticism and conscientiousness as direct predictors of high school academic achievement, and both extraversion and academic self-concept as indirect predictors when mediated by self-efficacy. Students can use the power of their own self-efficacy beliefs as support for staying in school, boosting their aptitudes and enhancing previously acquired knowledge. We would suggest the addition of stronger correlates to high school academic achievement such as self-control as well as experimental data on how easy cognitions and capabilities can change in the sample. Resumen Dentro de los factores académicos que afectan el logro académico, los rasgos de personalidad son de los factores menos explorados, aunque hay gran cantidad de evidencia que sugiere que la escrupulosidad, el neuroticismo y la autoeficacia contribuyen directamente al logro académico. Se utilizó una muestra de 725 estudiantes de escuelas preparatorias públicas (M edad =18, DE edad =1.09, 59% mujer) para poner a prueba tres modelos de tra-yectorias basados en los propuestos por Stajkovic, Bandura, Locke, Lee y Sergent, (2018). Aunque los modelos muestran índices de ajuste muy similares y poder explicativo, el modelo intrapersonal es más parsimonioso, pre-senta mejores índices de ajuste y por ende fue elegido como el modelo final. The paper presents data collected using measures of personality, Islamic religiosity, psychological well-being, unethical behavior, and dark triad traits. The sample consists 277 Bruneian Malay Muslim university students. The participants were sampled at a public university in Brunei. Through cooperation with faculty members, a link to the online questionnaire was posted on the learning management system platform. The targeted population was informed they were invited to participate voluntarily, and all information would be confidential. Completed questionnaires were submitted by 171 females and 106 males. The age ranged between 18 and 30 years old (M = 19.62, SD = 1.65). This data article presented the demographic characteristics of participants, followed by descriptive statistics of the measures concerning primarily personality and Islamic religiosity, followed by brief measures of psychological nature specifically psychological well-being, unethical behavior, and dark triad traits. Reliability and correlation details of measures were also provided. The comprehensive data, as detailed out in this paper, has various potential for further research and analyses by researchers who are interested in the measures and data presented.

Glavne dopune ogledaju se u nekoliko novih poglavlja: McAdamsov pristup, Rushtonova Diferencijalna teorija, Studije slučaja, Neuroanatomski i neurofiziološki korelati ličnosti, Evolucijski pristup proučavanju i opisivanju ličnosti i Indeks opisivača ličnosti. Autor je priložio tri svoja istraživanja, koja su većinom zasnovana na psihometrijskoj validaciji određenih instrumenata, te kriterijskoj valjanosti nekih konstrukata ličnosti, koji pripadaju savremenim modelima njene strukture. Za ovo izdanje, autor je proveo kratku anketu među nekoliko psihologa ličnosti kod nas i ''u svijetu''. Prikazani su njihovi odgovori na pitanja koja se odnose na najveći dosadašnji doprinos u ovoj psihološkoj disciplini, usaglašavanje (''pomirenje'') saznanja proisteklih iz socijalne i psihologije ličnosti, te na perspektive budućeg razvoja ove discipline.
