It is often difficult and confusing to navigate the UI and send messages. I have a relatively very high tech acuity, and this app is not intuitive in many ways. E.g., my boss recently started a group thread with three people. Seems simple enough. But then in someone's reply, it started some new "sub thread" or conversation, and when I tried to reply to that, the app prompts me to select whether I want to also send the message to the group. So confusing! Please simplify process and organization.

Terrible. I didn't know there were music, video, or huddle preferences that are automatically turned on. I have most of my permissions off so the fact they didn't ask or inform me of any such thing even though they have instructional prompts every 5 seconds but no mention of this. I only found out bc I got a data warning bc of this I used all my data and have 21 days until it's renewed. Also I never run out of data and often use wifi & had even been home until u just left to run errands.

Many long standing bugs that aren't being addressed: low resolution images are shown compared to desktop. @from: search is broken. Too many clicks required to zoom into messages before long click menu becomes available on a message. Re: reply. Your support team are already aware of this and said it was a known bug on Android months ago, yet basic product features are being neglected for resources to move buttons around.

Bug Fixes
• Fixed: Switching between workspaces outside of your larger organization via the “Jump to…” menu was failing. We suppose that’s less of a jump and more of a leap, but either way it was a bug. And no one enjoys leaping bugs. We are sorry for making you think about leaping bugs.
