JCC will offer a non-credit HVAC Fundamentals program again at its Jamestown and Olean campuses.
The program is divided into two modules, offered Mondays and Wednesdays from September 23-December 18 and January 6-April 1 on the Jamestown Campus and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 17-December 12 and January 7-March 31 on the Cattaraugus County Campus.
Classes meet from 5:30-8:30 p.m. in the Manufacturing Technology Institute on each campus. Students must successfully complete the first module to enroll in the second.

The program introduces students to the most current techniques in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning servicing and repair. Upon completion of the two modules, students will have the ability to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, or air conditioning, and potentially become EPA certified in handling refrigerants.
Those who complete the program will also have earned OSHA 10-hour Construction certification and an HVAC non-credit certificate of completion. Students will also have the option to receive the Section 608 EPA Universal Certification.
