How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

3.0 out of 5 stars True Power of Water DVD

I had already read the book, and since I find Professor Emoto's research fascinating, I was eager to see the DVD. He is a very engaging character, full of charm, but since he speaks only in Japanese and then waits for the interpreter to speak, the DVD is twice as long as it needs to be. If he comes to my town I will go and see him and listen to him, but I won't buy another DVD.
