Easyway has grown to become a global phenomenon with seminar centres in 150+ cities in more than 50 countries around the world. Allen Carr's Easyway books, online video programmes, and live group seminars have helped an estimated 50 million smokers worldwide. Read this in a couple days with a highlighter and your nicotine vice of choice and I promise this will re-wire your brain. You just have to want to. I was a chain smoker on/off for 12 years and always struggled with quitting bc I truly thought I enjoyed smoking. I didn't. I thought I enjoyed the "comfort" it provided me while it was actually the very thing causing a lot of my stress/anxiety. This book explains very well how cigarettes & vapes contribute to so many negative thoughts and emotions and impact your life in more ways then you realize. Letting go of the dependence for nicotine is completely psychological and this book explains that! I truly don't see myself as a smoker anymore and I had been for over a decade. The mind can do crazy things when you feed it the right information. Read this now! It'll really change your life if you let it.

First time I stumbled upon this book was in 2010. At that time I was a two-pack a day smoker for 15 years. The booked helped then, and I was able to kick my nicotine habit until 2022. That was when due to my own stupidity I got into vaping.
When I understood that I simply tricked my mind into returning back to my old addiction I decided to re-read the book. I didn't have the paper copy of my old book anymore. I thought I would never need it again and gave it away to a friend who was trying to quit (He did quit, by the way). So I decided to get this updated electronic version instead. It worked great! I am currently nicotine free for 8 months and have no cravings at all. This book costs about the same as a pack of cigarettes or a vaping pen. All you need to do is read and pay attention. The book will help you to reprogram your brain and you will become a non-smoker. By the way, you can continue smoking while reading the book. In fact the author even recommends that. After you finish the book, you smoke your last cigarette/vape and that's it. You are free from you addiction. It is indeed easy. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Give it a shot!

First of all, I have never smoked, so I do not understand the difficulty it takes to quit. I purchased this for a friend that has smoke for over 50 years. He has tried to quit multiple times, once by taking a drug that ultimately gave him a stroke. He is very stubborn and although he wanted to quit, he did not know if he ever could. I purchased this book after reading the reviews. I noticed the book was out every time I was there, I did not mention it, but he said it is the only thing he has ever read that makes sense. It is easy to read and understand. The instructions are clear and it is a new prospective on what you smoke and what keeps you smoking. He is now free of smoking, for over 2 months. This is a high accomplishment, and coming from a man that had little hope of quitting. So I highly recommend this to anyone struggling, just try it, and make the decision that its time you freed yourself from this harmful substance. I also purchased from here the puffing device that basically you inhale into. It has no substance, just a device. If you need something tangible to occassionally hold until you are able to do this totally alone, this will help.

I've been around the block a few times. Tried quitting smoking with patches, gum, the whole nine yards. Nothing stuck. I even bought one of those fancy hypnosis things advertised late at night on TV. Didn't work either. So, when I came across this book, Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking, I was skeptical, to say the least.

But, hey, I was a pack-a-day vaper for years by this point, and I was starting to feel it in my lungs. So, I figured, why not give it a shot? The book wasn't exactly a beach read. It wasn't super short, and it did use some long words here and there. But the way Carr explained things about the psychology of addiction just clicked for me. It wasn't about willpower, which I never seemed to have much of anyway. It was about understanding the whole game cigarettes were playing on my mind.

Here's the surprising part: It worked. I finished the book, put down my vape, and haven't looked back. It's been over a year now, and I can honestly say I don't even crave nicotine anymore. Now, the book isn't perfect. There's a bit more repetition than a bodybuilder at a protein shake convention. But hey, if that's the price I gotta pay to breathe easy and save a ton of money, then I'm all for it.

So, if you're a smoker who's tried everything else and is ready to throw in the towel, give this book a shot. You might be surprised at what happens. Just keep an open mind and be willing to learn a new way of thinking about smoking. It worked for this old dog, so it just might work for you too.

So I bought this book over a year ago and I wanted to wait to do a review to see if it works. Well I am excited to say I have been vape/nicotine free for a year as of today! Not a single puff! I was a chain smoker for almost a decade and then switched to vaping for the last few years. I have tried almost all of the well known quitting methods (patches, gum, tapering off and will power) and failed miserably time and time again. I was skeptical that the principles wouldn’t really apply to vaping since it was originally written for quitting cigarettes but I was relieved that it wasn’t an issue. Give it a read with an open mind and you will be surprised. I am beyond thankful I stumbled on this book. After 12 long years of nicotine, I am finally free.

I haven’t finished it yet and the book says that you must read it all the way through before you quit smoking so I haven’t quit yet but I’m hopeful

At the time of this review I am a happy nonsmoker (58 days and counting). This is easily the best money I've ever spent. I was highly skeptical that I would ever quit without it being a horrific and painful struggle, but this method worked for me and I'm seriously grateful my friend suggested this book to me. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to quit smoking.

I'd recommend this book to anyone who ever unsuccessfully tried to quit smoking.
It was my case. And the book did work for me.
Two weeks have passed since I lit my last cigarette and no cravings have occurred to me.
Besides all of that, the book is easy to read.

Never actually believed this could be possible.
I put off reading this book for sooooooo long because of the anxiety and fear of stopping smoking thinking it was going to be unbearable and so so hard. It's not. And I still can't get my head around it... I wasn't even at the end of the book when I smoked my last cigarette. It just clicks. And it's not difficult. There's no pain. No withdrawal. No sacrifice. I never ever thought it was possible to not NEED that morning cigarette or that after food cigarette or the last one before bed etc.... And it's so strange cos i don't even think about it at those times... It has been 1 month now since I had my last cigarette. Again, how is this possible? I'm amazed and relieved and so grateful for this book. What have you got to lose by reading a book?
