Martin uses the bible and his personnel experiences to share that we use words which stop us from having the goodness which God intends for us to have via negative thoughts and words.
Some of the experiences could use a bit more detail, as the writtings seems to be a bit choppy in some sense.
The reading can be viewed as a spin-off of the Secret without the big names which back up that level of work and for which there is no actual secret to begin with. It is all about the way inwhich one thinks and how they think is displayed in one's life. Martin does the same thing using the bible.
If you're interested in checking out how you think, or you've been giving your thinking some thought or where your thoughts come from, this book may cause you to probe your "why's" a bit more., just to skim the surface.

I dont mind to read some things that have some base of religion, but this one was just to much, I couldnt even finish reading.
If you are Christian however, you might enjoy.
