Abstract
The global economy faces different types of intercultural conflicts. In the meanwhile, there is a dramatic change in the labor market. These processes are turbulent and have significant impact on the societies. The integration of the immigrants as a phenomenon constitutes a burden and an opportunity at the same time. The context of the synergic collaboration can be consciously determined with the proper application of knowledge management. The aim of the current research is to draw an applicable framework for enhancing the integration of the immigrants and to provide an opportunity to grow the economy and to solidify the interactions within the society by maintaining the social control in the cross-cultural cooperation.
