FLINT, MI - Athletes and entertainers from around the world continue to step up for the city of Flint.

Washington Redskins defensive tackle Terrance Knighton announced on Twitter that he, along with other Redskins defensive linemen, are ordering water for the city during the well-publicized crisis.

They have allegedly purchased 3,600 bottles of Fiji water for Flint's Catholic Charities USA, according to his Twitter page.

He also tweeted that: "prayers are with that city and hope this can help."

In October, it was discovered that lead was found in the water. President Barack Obama signed an emergency declaration on Jan. 16 for federal aid to deal with Flint's water crisis.
