Ah OK, this makes sense now.
I encountered the same issue on Friday but didn't realize this should have sub-trees so I had an alternative PR on #25236
This looks good to me. Tested and confirmed it works as expected 👍

In #25215 we introduced a list of presets subtrees but forgot to iterate over them. As a result, the presets wouldn't be enqueued. This PR fixes it.
