I have been an Elegant Themes - primarily Divi Theme - user for over 10 years now. Personally, I've almost always experienced exemplary support and help from the Support Team whenever I've needed it over the years. I've been a VIP Support customer for around a year, which is excellent value for less than $100 a year. Today I received amazing support from Georgie but I have to say it is more typical than not of that which I receive. Brilliant service!

Outstanding product and support. I am dealing with multiple page builders for WordPress and this team keeps innovating and expanding my abilities to buid awesome sites. I have been in this business for 20 years and I am still learning, thanks to Divi.

I have been a long-time Divi Theme user and I have always had a good experience with them.
I had a question about the new tools Divi offered and how to access them. The customer support chat rep responded quickly to my inquiry and got me pointed in the right direction so I could get on with my project. The rep got me the right help articles to reference as well.
Now I did opt into purchasing the VIP support which has a 30-minute response time but they responded within 5 minutes.

I'm a VIP member. Yes, it's an extra subscription but the support is phenomenal. If I have a problem that I can't find the answer to quickly, I post it in the chat and get a response from highly a highly knowledgeable support team within 30 minutes, often within 5 minutes. This saves me so much time that the cost is insignificant. Highly recommended.

The Divi Builder is easy to work with but has some quirks and needs some updating to the current web standards. Hope Divi 5 will bring that.

Super quick and super helpful. I love that they ask for a video of what’s going on. Saves me so much time trying to type out what I’m experiencing and what I need help with. And their support team is super fast at getting back to you and do all they can to help resolve the issue. This was my first experience with the Divi Support.
I appreciate the support agent's understanding of my situation and writing back a detailed solutions list to me, which worked well for me.

A side from the subject, as a request, if Divi brings up an embedded more advanced Divi gallery module to its ecosystem with an embedded image optimization feature. That would be a great asset for such a user-friendly platform.

The theme has a great deal of flexibility and rich UI. We contacted customer support and within minutes got an exact answer with clear steps that we could follow even though we don't have a lot of technical expertise. Just what we needed for our website!
