A shocking revelation from the U.S. department of Health and Human Services(HHS): In the past 32 years absolutely no vaccine safety reports have been filed.
In 1986, Ronald Reagan signed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act into law, thereby removing financial liability of vaccine makers from injury claims, with the stipulation that biennial vaccine safety studies be made.
Recently, Robert Kennedy Jr. and Del Bigtree filed a Freedom of Information Act request to the HHS to obtain these safety studies dating back 32 years. HHS didn’t respond, which led to a lawsuit.
After a court order was filed requesting the documents, HHS responded, “The department’s search for records did not locate any records responsive to your request.”
HHS admitted to failing to perform their job, as well as breaking federal law, which raises the question: If the government cannot enforce vaccine manufacturers to ensure the safety of their product, who can?
Because of this dangerous disregard for public safety and carelessness toward federal law,
children are at risk of adverse reactions from products that claim to be safe and effective. Children are left vulnerable to the possible side effects of vaccines including seizures, cancer and death.
Now, the American people must hold the government as well as vaccine developers accountable for their blatant lack of concern for the public. The message must be clear: We will settle for nothing less than thoroughly studied vaccines.
Go to house.ga.gov to find your local representative and demand that HHS obey the law.
