The history of twin-cities of the world begins from 1957. The same year the Federation of World-Wide twin-cities has been created in the France. But primary form of the twin-cities has been between Padernborn of German city and La Manche of France in 836. The twinning of cities is accompanied with strengthening and development of economical, political, educational, medicinal, environment protection relations.
