Abstract
A 144 meter antenna array located west of Ottawa, Canada has been used to survey the sky. The north galactic pole has the same intensity as the south galactic pole. We observe a 30% absorption drop at the plane of the Milky Way north of Cygnus at 45° celestial latitude.
